Randy Secatero
Randy Secatero is a respected member of the Navajo Nation. He learned silversmithing from his mother, Dorothy Secatero, and frequently collaborates with his wife, Sylvana Apache (who is of Navajo and Mescalero Apache heritage). Together they produce high-quality stamped silver and copper jewelry using traditional techniques. Randy is known for his heavy-gauge pieces, clean fabrication, and mastery of hand-stamping with both old and collected Navajo tools. His work often features repeating geometric patterns, and he also creates more elaborate saw-cut and overlay designs.
