He may be the hardest working artist you have ever met. Starting with commercial illustration, he moved into watercolors and eventually found the groove that would define him in oils. Braving the elements to paint on location, his style began to crystallize, becoming looser and more dynamic with each passing year.
Today, he stands at the apex of his long career, a virtuoso who paints with assurance, a master in his element. His formal training, his vast experience and the brushwork that makes him one of the most recognizable of all Southwestern artists are all on full display in our historic gallery.
